One of my favorite

“Just that dwelling and planning is bullshit, you dwell on the past, you can’t move forward. Spend too much time planning for the future and you just push yourself backwards, or you stay stagnant in the same place all your life. Live in the moment, where everything is just right, take your time and limit your bad memories and you’ll get wherever it is you’re going a lot faster and with less bumps in the road along the way.”

Twisted Perfection

Life outside of her house was a new experience for Della Sloane. The dark secrets of her past weren’t something she ever intended to share with anyone. They would never understand. No one would ever get close enough to find out. There was always a chance she’d go crazy sooner than they expected…

Woods Kerrington had never been one to be attracted to fragile females. They seemed like too much work. He wasn’t in it for the work just the pleasure. A night full of naughty fun had been exactly what was on his mind when he’d laid eyes on the hot little number that didn’t know how to pump gas and needed some help.

What he didn’t know was she was as fragile as they came.
The carefree girl who spoke her mind and didn’t care what the world thought of her was more breakable than he could ever imagine…

REVIEW :

Rate - 5 Star

Della Sloane - a very young and spirited woman who like to travel the world. She had a dark past that keeps on haunting her every night. Her life change when she met Woods Kerrington.

Woods Kerrington - man with oozing sex appeal, responsible, caring not to mention super hot guy trap in an arrange marriage.

Their relationship started on pure lust but eventually they will fall in love with each other.  Woods broke up with his fiance to be with Della.

I like Della's character because she is so brave and did her best to fight her fears and live with them rather than run and hide.

I love Abbi Glines and I'm so excited to read her novel.

What I Liked abou this book

- This book flows fast
- Woods lovable, caring and with oozing sex appeal
- well written

Snowfall in the Philippines

There’s a video uploaded in youtube that Southern part of the Philippines experienced 3 hours Snowfall .  If you will think about it, Philippines is a tropical country and it’s impossible to experience snow fall. There was no reports of snow in the Philippines by any weather stations.

There’s another theory that it was an ash fall when Mt Mayon erupted last December 2009.

Tangled by Emma Chase

Drew Evans is a winner. Handsome and arrogant, he makes multimillion dollar business deals and seduces New York’s most beautiful women with just a smile. He has loyal friends and an indulgent family. So why has he been shuttered in his apartment for seven days, miserable and depressed?

He’ll tell you he has the flu.

But we all know that’s not really true.

Katherine Brooks is brilliant, beautiful and ambitious. She refuses to let anything - or anyone - derail her path to success. When Kate is hired as the new associate at Drew’s father’s investment banking firm, every aspect of the dashing playboy’s life is thrown into a tailspin. The professional competition she brings is unnerving, his attraction to her is distracting, his failure to entice her into his bed is exasperating.

Then, just when Drew is on the cusp of having everything he wants, his overblown confidence threatens to ruin it all. Will he be able untangle his feelings of lust and tenderness, frustration and fulfillment? Will he rise to the most important challenge of his life?

Can Drew Evans win at love?

Tangled is not your mother’s romance novel. It is an outrageous, passionate, witty narrative about a man who knows a lot about women…just not as much as he thinks he knows. As he tells his story, Drew learns the one thing he never wanted in life, is the only thing he can’t live without

REVIEW :

Drew is a vulgar, man whore, disgusting, self centered and immature guy. He thinks that he is a god's gift to all women.

Kate is smart, beautiful, gorgeous and ambitious girl who will smart outsmart Drew.

I really enjoyed love-hate relationship stories. This story makes me laugh and fall in love at the same time.

The guy who didn't believe in love will fall in love with the girl who is so smart and is not affected to his presence.

My favorite part is when Drew did crazy things like message in the sky, giving flowers and the band just to win back Kate.

Working toward a master’s degree in wildlife biology while helping take care of her sick father, she has no time for celebrity gossip, designer clothes, or lazy vacations. So when a duchess from the small country of Lilaria invites her to dinner, Samantha assumes it’s to discuss a donation for the program. The truth will change the course of her life in ways she never dreamed.

Alex D’Lynsal is trying to keep his name clean. As crown prince of Lilaria, he’s had his share of scandalous headlines, but the latest pictures have sent him packing to America and forced him to swear off women—especially women in the public eye. That is, until he meets Samantha Rousseau. She’s stubborn, feisty, and incredibly sexy. Not to mention heiress to an estate in his country, which makes her everyone’s front-page news.

While Sam tries to navigate the new world of politics and wealth, she will also have to dodge her growing feelings for Alex. Giving in to them means more than just falling in love; it would mean accepting the weight of an entire country on her shoulders

Review :

I really love Cinderella stories,I fell in love with this book when I read the excerpt and I promise to read it as soon as I got the copy.

I love Samantha's character, she is so bubbly and witty. She is a strong woman who and family oriented as well. For Alex character,he is every woman's dream. Charming, yummy, thoughtful and lovable too.

Inspite of Alex reputation Samantha accepted him and she don't let jealousy ruined their relationship.

I know this is a fairy tale story and did not happen in real life but still I really love this romance story.

Eat Pray Love

At 32 years old, Elizabeth Gilbert was educated, had a home, a husband, and a successful career as a writer. However, she was unhappy in her marriage and often spent the night sleeping on her bathroom floor. After separating from her husband and initiating a divorce, which he contested, she embarked on a rebound relationship which continued for some time but did not work out, leaving her devastated and alone.

Afterwards, while writing an article on yoga vacations in Indonesia, Gilbert met a ninth-generation medicine man who told her she would one day come back and study with him. After finalizing her difficult divorce, Gilbert spent the next year traveling around the world. The trip was paid for in advance with a book deal from the publisher.

She spent four months in Italy, eating and enjoying life ("Eat"). She spent three months in India, finding her spirituality ("Pray"). She ended the year in Bali, Indonesia, looking for "balance" of the two and found love ("Love") in the form of a Brazilian businessman.

Facebook in our Everyday Life

Facebook or Social Networking Sites are very popular today. You are not “In” if you don’t have facebook account. By the way, what is Facebook, where it is originated and who is the founder of Facebook.

Well, Facebook is an online social networking service, whose name stems from the colloquial name for the book given to students at the start of the academic year by some university administrations in the United States to help students get to know each other. It was founded in February 2004 byMark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes. The website's membership was initially limited by the founders to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before opening to high school students, and eventually to anyone aged 13 and over. Facebook now allows any users who declare themselves to be at least 13 years old to become registered users of the site.

I’m a Facebook user  too, I love Facebook to browse my Facebook to check my friend’s latest activities on Facebook. I play games on Facebook too like the very popular Candy Crush and Farmville. I even update  my status and upload photos as well.
People became very dependent on their FB they even  post a shout out regarding their personal lives which I found very disappointing.  Facebook is not a personal diary where other people can post their rants  and rave.
One thing that annoys me when someone had a bad experience or misunderstanding with their friends or family, they will post it on their Facebook  and I don’t know if they want to let the world knows it or what. I didn’t get their motives why they do that.
Of course I know that I have nothing to do with that, it’s their  Facebook anyway but Social Networking sites are not there to be our personal diary.  Personal and sensitive topics should not be brag on our Facebook.

Let use Facebook as to what the founder want it to be. I love Facebook and I hope this very popular networking sites remains forever to give us joy and to connect with our long lost classmates and friends.
