Last week I decided to go to the gym and be fit. I want to remove my excess fat in my belly. My gym schedule is MWF. I will run on sunday.
I run yesterday and I experience back pain maybe because I'm not use to it and it's my first time to run again after how many years.
I want to share with you the video that I found in youtube and it helps me a lot. I tried this work out and I perspire a lot,good sign isn't it.
You can do this at home and it's very easy
